Section 28A(5)

Where a notice under subsection (3) has been given, Natural England may within the period of nine months beginning with the date the last of the owners and occupiers referred to in subsection (3)(b) was served with the notice either— give notice to the persons mentioned in subsection (3) withdrawing the notice; or give notice to them confirming the notice (with or without modifications).
