Section 28B(5)

A notification under subsection (2)(b) shall also specify— the area of land constituting the SSSI; what (as at the date of the notification under subsection (2)(b)) is specified or contained in the notification under section 28(1)(b) relating to the SSSI by virtue of section 28(4); and the reasons why Natural England is of the opinion referred to in subsection (1).
