Section 28D(1)

Where Natural England are of the opinion that all or part of a site of special scientific interest they may decide to notify that fact. is not of special interest by reason of any of the matters mentioned in section 28(1), or should no longer be the subject of a notification under section 28(1) because that land has been designated as (or as part of) a marine conservation zone under section 116 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009,
