Section 28G(3)

The following are section 28G authorities— a Minister of the Crown (within the meaning of the Ministers of the Crown Act 1975) or a Government department; the National Assembly for Wales; a local authority; a person holding an office— under the Crown, created or continued in existence by a public general Act of Parliament, or the remuneration in respect of which is paid out of money provided by Parliament; a statutory undertaker . . . ; and any other public body of any description.
