Section 28J(5)

The owners and occupiers upon whom the notice must be served (referred to in this section as “the relevant owners and occupiers”) are— if it is served with the notification under section 28(1)(b), or later but before the notification referred to in section 28(5)(b), the owners and occupiers referred to in section 28(1)(b); if it is served with the notification under section 28(5)(b) or later, the owners and occupiers of such of the land as remains subject to the notification.
