Section 28J(9)

A notice under subsection (3) shall cease to have effect— on the giving of a notice of withdrawal under subsection (8)(a) to any of the relevant owners and occupiers; or if not withdrawn or confirmed by notice under subsection (8) within the period of nine months referred to there, at the end of that period.
