Section 31(5)

If, within the period specified in an order under this section, the person against whom it was made fails, without reasonable excuse, to comply with it, he shall be liable on summary conviction— to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale; and in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding £100 for each day during which the offence continues after conviction.
