Section 53A(7)

Where any enactment provides for questioning the validity of an order on any grounds, the validity of any provision included by virtue of subsection (2) may be questioned in the same way on the grounds— that it is not within the powers of this Part, or that any requirement of this Part or of regulations made under it has not been complied with.
