Section 53B(6)

In this section— and a statutory instrument containing regulations under this section shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament. “prescribed” means prescribed by regulations; “regulations” means regulations made by the Secretary of State by statutory instrument;
