Section 61(3)

In subsection (4) (duty to resore surface of footpath or bridleway), for paragraphs (a) and (b) there shall be substituted the following paragraphs— not later than 2 weeks from the time when the occupier began to plough the footpath or bridleway, or if prevented from doing so by exceptional weather conditions, as soon as practicable thereafter,
