Section 70B(7)

“The relevant conservation body” means— in relation to land in an area in England— subject to sub-paragraph (ii), Natural England; in relation to any time before the commencement of section 27AA, English Nature; in relation to land in an area in Wales, the Natural Resources Body for Wales.
