Section 74(2)

The following provisions of this Act, namely— shall come into force on the expiration of the period of one month beginning with the passing of this Act. Part II, except sections 29 to 32, 41 and 46 to 48 and Schedule 13; sections 59 to 62 and 65 and 66; and Part IV, except section 72(4), (6) and (14) and section 73(1) so far as relating to Part II of Schedule 17,
