Schedule 2, Part III, paragraph 13

The following subsection shall be inserted after subsection (1) of section 41 of that Act (appropriation)— The county court has jurisdiction under proviso (ii) to subsection (1) of this section where the estate in respect of which the application is made does not exceed in amount or value the county court limit.
