Schedule 2, Part V, paragraph 25

In subsection (5) of section 13 of the Administration of Justice Act 1960 (appeal in cases of contempt of court)— in paragraph (b) for the words from “section”, in the first place where it occurs, to “1959” there shall be substituted the words “section 14, 92 or 118 of the County Courts Act 1984”; for “1959” in the second place where it occurs, there shall be substituted “1984”; for the words “sections seventy-four and one hundred and ninety-five” there shall be substituted the words “sections 38 and 142”.
