Schedule 2, Part V, paragraph 40(2A)

Subsection (2) above is subject to section 112(3) and (4) of the County Courts Act 1984 (which require that, before an administration order is made, notice is to be given to all the creditors and therafter restricts the right of any creditor to institute bankruptcy proceedings).
