Schedule 2, Part V, paragraph 52

In Part III of Schedule 1 to the Northern Ireland Assembly Disqualification Act (disqualifying offices) for the entry beginning “Registrar or Assistant Registrar appointed under section 18” there shall be substituted the following— Registrar or Assistant Registrar appointed under section 6 or section 7 of the County Courts Act 1984
