Schedule 2, Part V, paragraph 55

In subsection (6) of section 66 of that Act (claims under Part III)— in paragraph (a), for the words “section 91(1) (power of judge to appoint assessors) of the County Courts Act 1959” there shall be substituted the words “section 63(1) (assessors) of the County Courts Act 1984”; and in paragraph (b), for “91(1)” there shall be substituted “63(1)”.
