Section 129

Payment of any fine imposed by the county court under this Act may be enforced upon the order of the court in like manner— as payment of a debt adjudged by the court to be paid may be enforced under this Act; or as payment of a sum adjudged to be paid by a conviction of a magistrates’ court may be enforced under the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980 (disregarding section 81(1) of that Act).
