Section 130(1)

Subject to subsection (2), all fees, forfeitures and fines payable under this Act and any penalty payable to an officer of the county court under any other Act shall be paid to officers designated by the Lord Chancellor and dealt with by them in such manner as the Lord Chancellor, after consultation with the Treasury, may direct.
