Section 133
Where any summons or other process issued from the county court is served by an officer of the court , the service may be proved by a certificate in a prescribed form . . . showing the fact and mode of the service. Any officer of the court wilfully and corruptly giving a false certificate under subsection (1) in respect of the service of a summons or other process shall be guilty of an offence and, on conviction thereof, shall be removed from office and shall be liable— on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for any term not exceeding 2 years; or on summary conviction, to imprisonment for any term not exceeding 6 months or to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum or to both such imprisonment and fine.
