Section 143(1)

No person other than — shall be entitled to have or recover any fee or reward for acting on behalf of a party in proceedings in the county court . a legal representative; or a person exercising a right of audience or a right to conduct litigation by virtue of an order made under section 11 of the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990 (representation in county courts),
