Section 148

The enactments specified in Schedule 2 shall have effect subject to the amendments there specified. This Act shall have effect subject to the transitory provisions and transitional provisions and savings contained in Schedule 3. The enactments specified in Schedule 4 are hereby repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.
