Section 148(1) and Schedule 2 extend to Scotland so far as they amend enactments extending to Scotland. Section 148(1) and Schedule 2 extend to Northern Ireland so far as they amend enactments extending to Northern Ireland. Subject to subsections (1) and (2), this Act extends to England and Wales only.
