Section 80(1)

At the hearing of any proceedings in the county court in which there is a right of appeal or from which an appeal may be brought with leave, the judge shall, at the request of any party, make a note— of any question of law raised at the hearing; and of the facts in evidence in relation to any such question; and of his decision on any such question and of his determination of the proceedings.
