Schedule 2A, paragraph 9

In section 72C “public body” means— a body which exercises public functions, a body specified for the purposes of this paragraph by the Secretary of State, and a body within a class specified for the purposes of this paragraph by the Secretary of State. A specification under sub-paragraph (1) may be— general, or for the purpose of the application of section 72C to a specified case.
