Schedule 4A, paragraph 7

A bankrupt may offer a bankruptcy restrictions undertaking to the Secretary of State. In determining whether to accept a bankruptcy restrictions undertaking the Secretary of State shall have regard to the matters specified in paragraph 2(2) and (3).
