Schedule 4ZA, Part 1, paragraph 8

The total value of the debtor's property on the determination date does not exceed the prescribed amount. The rules may— make provision as to how the value of a person's property is to be determined; provide that particular descriptions of property are to be excluded for the purposes of this paragraph.
