A debt relief restrictions order— comes into force when it is made, and ceases to have effect at the end of a date specified in the order. The date specified in a debt relief restrictions order under sub-paragraph (1)(b) must not be— before the end of the period of two years beginning with the date on which the order is made, or after the end of the period of 15 years beginning with that date.
