Schedule 4ZZA, Part 1, paragraph 1

Section 233B(3) and (4) do not apply in relation to provision of a contract if— the company becomes subject to a relevant insolvency procedure as specified in section 233B(2)(b) or (d), and the provision of the contract ceases to have effect under section 233A(1). Section 233B(7) does not apply in relation to a supply to the company if— the company becomes subject to a relevant insolvency procedure as specified in section 233B(2)(b) to (f), and the supply is a supply mentioned in section 233(3).
