The company's creditors may, in accordance with the rules, establish a creditors’ committee. A creditors’ committee shall carry out functions conferred on it by or under this Act. A creditors’ committee may require the administrator— to attend on the committee at any reasonable time of which he is given at least seven days’ notice, and to provide the committee with information about the exercise of his functions.
