Schedule B1, paragraph 86

This paragraph applies where the court makes an order under this Schedule providing for the appointment of an administrator to cease to have effect. The administrator shall send a copy of the order to the registrar of companies within the period of 14 days beginning with the date of the order. An administrator who fails without reasonable excuse to comply with sub-paragraph (2) commits an offence.
