Schedule B1, paragraph 94

Where the administrator was appointed under paragraph 22(2) the directors of the company may replace the administrator. A replacement under this paragraph may be made only— with the consent of each person who is the holder of a qualifying floating charge in respect of the company’s property, or where consent is withheld, with the permission of the court.
