Schedule ZA1, paragraph 20

The Secretary of State may by regulations amend this Schedule, apart from paragraph 2, so as to alter the circumstances in which a company is “eligible” for the purposes of this Part. Regulations under this paragraph are subject to the affirmative resolution procedure.
