Schedule ZA1, paragraph 21(1)

The Welsh Ministers may by regulations amend this Schedule— so as to provide that a social landlord registered under Part 1 of the Housing Act 1996 is excluded from being “eligible” for the purposes of this Part; so as to reverse the effect of any provision made under paragraph (a).
