Schedule ZA1, paragraph 22

The Scottish Ministers may by regulations amend this Schedule— so as to provide that a social landlord registered under Part 2 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2010 (asp 17) is excluded from being “eligible” for the purposes of this Part; so as to reverse the effect of any provision made under paragraph (a). Regulations under this paragraph extend to Scotland only. Regulations under this paragraph are subject to the affirmative procedure (see section 29 of the Interpretation and Legislative Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 (asp 10)).
