Section 109

The liquidator shall, within 14 days after his appointment, publish in the Gazette and deliver to the registrar of companies for registration a notice of his appointment in the form prescribed by statutory instrument made by the Secretary of State. If the liquidator fails to comply with this section, he is liable to a fine and, for continued contravention, to a daily default fine.
