Section 163

The liquidator of a company shall be described— and in neither case shall he be described by an individual name. where a person other than the official receiver is liquidator, by the style of “the liquidator” of the particular company, or where the official receiver is liquidator, by the style of “the official receiver and liquidator” of the particular company;
