Section 251F(3)

In this section “other debt management arrangements” means— an administration order under Part 6 of the County Courts Act 1984; an enforcement restriction order under Part 6A of that Act; a debt repayment plan arranged in accordance with a debt management scheme that is approved under Chapter 4 of Part 5 of the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007.
