Section 251J(3)

The debtor must notify the official receiver as soon as reasonably practicable if he becomes aware of— any error in, or omission from, the information supplied to the official receiver in, or in support of, the application; any change in his circumstances between the application date and the determination date that would affect (or would have affected) the determination of the application.
