Section 251L(3)

The official receiver may revoke the order on the ground that he should not have been satisfied— that the debts specified in the order were qualifying debts of the debtor as at the application date; that the conditions specified in Part 1 of Schedule 4ZA were met; that the conditions specified in Part 2 of that Schedule were met or that any failure to meet such a condition did not prevent his making the order.
