Section 251O(2)

A person who makes an application for a debt relief order is guilty of an offence if— he intentionally fails to comply with a duty under section 251J(3) in connection with the application; or he knowingly or recklessly makes any false representation or omission in providing any information to the official receiver in connection with such a duty or otherwise in connection with the application.
