Section 27(3)

An order under this section shall not prejudice or prevent— the implementation of a voluntary arrangement approved under . . . Part I, or any compromise or arrangement sanctioned under section 425 of the Companies Act; or where the application for the order was made more than 28 days after the approval of any proposals or revised proposals under section 24 or 25, the implementation of those proposals or revised proposals
