Section 281(4A)

In subsection (4) the reference to a fine imposed for an offence includes a reference to — a charge ordered to be paid under section 46 of the Sentencing Code (criminal courts charge), whether on conviction or otherwise; a confiscation order under Part 2, 3 or 4 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002.
