Section 368

Sections 366 and 367 apply where an interim receiver has been appointed under section 286 as they apply where a bankruptcy order has been made, as if— references to the official receiver or the trustee were to the interim receiver, and references to the bankrupt and to his estate were (respectively) to the debtor and his property.
