Section 426A(1)

A person in respect of whom a bankruptcy restrictions order or a debt relief restrictions order has effect shall be disqualified— from membership of the House of Commons, from sitting or voting in the House of Lords, and from sitting or voting in a committee of the House of Lords or a joint committee of both Houses.
