For the avoidance of doubt it is hereby declared that provisions of this Act which derive from the Insolvency Act 1985 and Part A1 and sections 233A and 233B and Schedule 4ZZA bind the Crown so far as affecting or relating to the following matters, namely— remedies against, or against the property of, companies or individuals; priorities of debts; transactions at an undervalue or preferences; voluntary arrangements approved under Part I or Part VIII, and discharge from bankruptcy.
