Section 58(2)

Where the remuneration to be paid to the receiver has not been determined under subsection (1), or where it has been so determined but is disputed by any of the persons mentioned in paragraphs (a) to (d) below, it may be fixed instead by the Auditor of the Court of Session on application made to him by— the receiver; the holder of any floating charge or fixed security over all or any part of the property of the company; the company; or the liquidator of the company.
