Schedule 4, paragraph 2

In section 2 of the Trade Descriptions Act 1968 (meaning of trade description)— for paragraph (g) of subsection (4) (marks and descriptions applied in pursuance of the Consumer Safety Act 1978) there shall be substituted the following paragraph— the Consumer Protection Act 1987; in subsection (5)(a) (descriptions prohibited under certain enactments), for the words “or the Consumer Safety Act 1978” there shall be substituted the words “ “or the Consumer Protection Act 1987 ”. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
