Section 43

There shall be paid out of money provided by Parliament— any expenses incurred or compensation payable by a Minister of the Crown or Government department in consequence of any provision of this Act; and any increase attributable to this Act in the sums payable out of money so provided under any other Act. Any sums received by a Minister of the Crown or Government department by virtue of this Act shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
