Schedule 1, paragraph 2(2)

In relation to the 1911 Act— references in this Schedule to copyright include the right conferred by section 24 of that Act in substitution for a right subsisting immediately before the commencement of that Act; references in this Schedule to copyright in a sound recording are to the copyright under that Act in records embodying the recording; and references in this Schedule to copyright in a film are to any copyright under that Act in the film (so far as it constituted a dramatic work for the purposes of that Act) or in photographs forming part of the film.
